Why use an External Facilitator?
An external facilitator:
- is completely neutral and objective;
- is the fly on the wall that sees the elephant in the room;
- brings the experience of working with lots of different organisations;
- will be good at group dynamics, and at exploring difficult issues and relationships;
- is used to planning time-effective, targeted, working sessions;
- has a range of techniques available: if one thing isn't working, something else will.
