Mary-Louise Clark FacilitationWhy use an External Facilitator?

An external facilitator:

  • is completely neutral and objective;
  • is the fly on the wall that sees the elephant in the room;
  • brings the experience of working with lots of different organisations;
  • will be good at group dynamics, and at exploring difficult issues and relationships;
  • is used to planning time-effective, targeted, working sessions;
  • has a range of techniques available: if one thing isn't working, something else will.
